This Legal Center summarizes the legal terms that apply to purchases made through Cozy Paw. Cozy Paw is a commercial brand operated by 54LAB4IA SL, NIF B25888769, EU VAT ID ESB25888769, registered office at Avenida de la Constitución 54, 1.º B, 28850 Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, Spain, registered with the Madrid Mercantile Registry, Sheet M-876797, Entry 1. 1. Seller and scope

54LAB4IA SL is the seller of record for orders placed through Cozy Paw. These terms apply to consumers purchasing goods through this online store. Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country are not excluded or reduced by these terms.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, colours and compatibility accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batches can produce minor visual differences. Customers should review product dimensions and variant selections before ordering.

3. Prices, VAT and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. Taxes are calculated and displayed in accordance with the checkout configuration and applicable law. 54LAB4IA SL’s EU VAT ID is ESB25888769. Where import duties or other destination charges may legally apply and are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed by the competent authority or carrier. Nothing in these terms transfers to the customer any tax obligation that legally belongs to the seller.

4. Orders and payment

Before payment, the checkout displays the selected products, quantities, price, available delivery options and accepted payment methods. An order is subject to successful payment authorization and order confirmation. If a product cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate remedy, including reimbursement where applicable.

5. Third-party fulfilment and delivery partners

Cozy Paw may use third-party fulfilment centres, suppliers, logistics providers and carriers to store, prepare or deliver orders. A third party may therefore physically dispatch a parcel. This does not change the customer’s contractual relationship with 54LAB4IA SL, which remains responsible as seller for mandatory consumer rights.

6. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and can be affected by carrier operations, destination, customs, product availability or events outside reasonable control. Risk remains with the seller until the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, except where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not proposed by us.

7. Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers

Where the statutory right applies, consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally runs from the day the consumer or a designated third party obtains physical possession of the goods. The customer can exercise the right by sending an unequivocal statement to supportcozypaw@gmail.com.

After notifying withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the notification. Unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to bear them, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods under a change-of-mind withdrawal. The customer is only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We reimburse payments due under the statutory withdrawal right, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or the customer provides evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first. Additional delivery costs chosen above the least expensive standard method are not refundable unless required by law.

8. Returns, damaged goods and incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the order, contact us promptly with the order number and, where useful, photographs of the product and packaging. Statutory remedies for lack of conformity are separate from the right of withdrawal. Necessary costs of bringing defective or non-conforming goods into conformity are borne in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Legal guarantee

For consumers in Spain, new goods are covered by the statutory conformity regime for three years from delivery. Consumers in other countries benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee applicable to their purchase and jurisdiction; EU law provides at least the minimum protection required by Union law. Commercial guarantees, if any, never replace or reduce statutory rights.

10. Returns procedure

Before sending a return, contact supportcozypaw@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and destination. Do not send parcels without return instructions, as fulfilment and return destinations can differ from the registered office.

11. Privacy and data protection

The data controller for store-related processing is 54LAB4IA SL. Personal data may be processed to operate the store, process orders and payments, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and, where permitted, send marketing communications. Service providers may include Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners, carriers, customer-support tools and analytics/marketing providers.

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based as appropriate on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent. Customers may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and may withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing. Requests can be sent to supportcozypaw@gmail.com. Customers may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) where applicable.

12. Cookies and tracking technologies

Essential technologies may be used to provide core store functions such as security, checkout, localization and cart operation. Analytics, personalization or advertising technologies are used only in accordance with applicable consent requirements. In regions where consent is required, non-essential technologies should not be activated before a valid choice is made. Users must be able to reject non-essential cookies as easily as accepting them and can change privacy choices through the store’s privacy controls when available.

13. Marketing communications

Newsletter and promotional communications are sent only where permitted by law. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in a message or by contacting support.

14. Intellectual property

The Cozy Paw name, visual identity, site design, original copy, graphics and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to 54LAB4IA SL unless otherwise indicated. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.

15. Acceptable use

Users must not interfere with the security or operation of the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use the website in breach of applicable law.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contracting or for failures caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.

17. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe transport disruption, natural events, government restrictions, labour disruption, customs events or infrastructure failures. This clause does not remove statutory rights relating to non-delivery or reimbursement.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence where those protections apply. Consumers may use the courts and dispute-resolution mechanisms available to them under mandatory law. We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve issues directly.
