These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through Cozy Paw. Cozy Paw is operated by 54LAB4IA SL, NIF B25888769, EU VAT ID ESB25888769, registered office at Avenida de la Constitución 54, 1.º B, 28850 Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, Spain, Madrid Mercantile Registry, Sheet M-876797, Entry 1.
Seller and contract
54LAB4IA SL is the seller of record. Product storage, preparation or shipment may be carried out by third-party fulfilment or logistics partners, but this does not transfer the seller’s mandatory obligations to those providers.
Product information
Customers must review product descriptions, dimensions, colours and selected variants before ordering. Minor differences in colour or appearance can result from display settings, photography or manufacturing batches.
Prices, VAT and payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown before the order is submitted. Applicable taxes are calculated according to the market and checkout configuration. EU VAT ID: ESB25888769. The customer is informed of the total payable amount before confirming an order with an obligation to pay.
Order acceptance
Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and confirmation. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate remedy, including reimbursement where required.
Delivery
Destinations, charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Mandatory rules concerning delivery, risk and non-delivery remain unaffected.
Withdrawal and returns
EU/EEA consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from most distance purchases within 14 calendar days where the right applies. Full details are provided in our Returns & Withdrawal information. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods are separate and remain unaffected.
Legal guarantee
In Spain, new goods are subject to the statutory conformity regime for three years from delivery. Consumers elsewhere retain the mandatory guarantee rights that apply to their purchase.
Intellectual property and site use
Site content and Cozy Paw branding may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law. Fraudulent use, interference with store security or unauthorized access is prohibited.
Liability and force majeure
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, to the extent permitted by law, or for delay caused solely by events outside reasonable control.
Law and disputes
