Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and current market configuration.

Fulfilment partners

Orders may be stored, prepared or dispatched by third-party fulfilment centres, suppliers or logistics providers. A parcel may therefore originate from a location different from the registered office of 54LAB4IA SL. This does not change the customer’s contractual relationship with 54LAB4IA SL as seller.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery window shown is an estimate and can be affected by destination, product availability, carrier operations, customs or events outside reasonable control. Where tracking is available, shipment information is sent using the contact details provided with the order.

Customs and destination charges

Taxes and charges collected at checkout are shown before payment. Where additional import duties or destination charges may legally apply and are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed by the competent authority or carrier. Nothing in this policy transfers to the customer any charge that legally belongs to the seller.

Risk and non-delivery

For consumer sales, risk generally remains with the seller until the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods, except where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not proposed by us. If an order does not arrive, contact support so the shipment can be investigated and the applicable remedy provided.
