14-day right of withdrawal

Where the statutory right applies, consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally starts when the consumer or a designated third party obtains physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right, send a clear statement to supportcozypaw@gmail.com with your order number. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Returning goods

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the notification. Contact us before shipping so we can provide the correct return destination. Do not send returns to the registered office unless instructed.

For change-of-mind withdrawals, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear it. The customer is only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

We reimburse amounts due under the statutory withdrawal right without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of the decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent, whichever occurs first. We use the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to the consumer.

The least expensive standard delivery cost offered for the original order is reimbursed where legally required. Additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer are not reimbursed unless required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and include your order number and photographs where helpful. This is not treated as a change-of-mind return. Statutory remedies and necessary costs for bringing goods into conformity apply.

Legal guarantee

For consumers in Spain, new goods are covered by the statutory conformity regime for three years from delivery. Consumers elsewhere retain the mandatory guarantee protection applicable in their jurisdiction.
